Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:
- "Platform" or "dk111" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at dk111.bio and any associated mobile or web applications.
- "Member" or "User" or "Player" means any individual who has registered a verified account with dk111 and is authorised to access Platform services.
- "Account" means the personal, non-transferable gaming account held by a Member on the dk111 Platform.
- "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held in a Member's dk111 Account at any given time, including cash funds and eligible bonus credits.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free bet credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a Member's Account by dk111.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
- "Bet" or "Wager" means a sum of PKR staked on any sporting event, casino game, or other eligible event offered by dk111.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process through which dk111 confirms a Member's identity using CNIC documentation.
- "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which registration and use of dk111 is not permitted, as determined by dk111 from time to time.
- "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date these Terms came into force.
Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By accessing dk111, creating an Account, or placing any Bet on the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. If you are accessing dk111 on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms.
2.3 dk111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or SMS to the registered mobile number.
2.4 These Terms are presented in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English version shall prevail.
Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any service on the dk111 Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing dk111 in any capacity.
3.2 Identity Verification. All Members are required to complete dk111's KYC verification process. This includes submission of a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and, where required, supplementary proof of address and source of funds documentation. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be restricted from deposits and withdrawals pending resolution.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one registered Account on dk111. Duplicate accounts detected by dk111 — whether through shared device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — will be merged or closed, with balances subject to review. Winnings accumulated on a duplicate account may be voided.
3.4 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and CNIC number — is accurate, complete, and up to date. Provision of false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Restricted Persons. dk111 employees, contractors, directors, officers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform.
Account Management
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify dk111 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. dk111 will not be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.3 Account Currency. All dk111 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals will be processed, displayed, and settled in PKR.
4.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your dk111 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining eligible Cash Balance (net of pending wager obligations) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC compliance. Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
4.5 Account Suspension or Closure by dk111. dk111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the Account has been involved in fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, money laundering, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. dk111 may charge a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 PKR against the Account Balance after this period. The Member will be notified before any such deductions commence.
Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dk111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Additional payment methods may be made available or removed at dk111's sole discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100 PKR. Deposits below this threshold will be automatically declined. dk111 does not charge deposit processing fees for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions conducted within standard transaction limits.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment instruments registered in the same name as the verified dk111 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa will be processed within one (1) to four (4) hours on standard business days. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank will be processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
5.5 Source of Funds. dk111 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for any deposit or series of deposits that triggers anti-money-laundering review thresholds. Deposits made from unverified sources may be held pending investigation.
5.6 Failed or Reversed Transactions. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in relation to any dk111 deposit, after using funds from that deposit for wagering activity, constitutes fraudulent conduct. dk111 will pursue recovery through all available legal means and report such activity to the relevant financial institutions and regulatory authorities.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Rules. Each game, sport, and betting market available on dk111 is governed by individual game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or market section. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game or market before placing a Bet.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. Bets are not accepted or valid until confirmed by dk111's system and a confirmation reference is issued to the Member. Bets placed on games or markets that are subsequently found to have experienced technical errors at the time of placement may be voided at dk111's discretion.
6.3 Odds and Prices. All published odds and prices on the dk111 sportsbook are subject to change without prior notice, including after a bet slip is loaded but before it is submitted. The odds confirmed at the time of successful bet placement are the final settled odds.
6.4 Live Betting. In-play and live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. dk111 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event or market has been determined, even if results have not yet been officially confirmed.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. dk111 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets and on aggregate winnings per day, per week, or per event. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant game rules and betting market information sections.
6.6 RNG Fairness. All dk111 casino games utilising random number generation are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The results of all certified RNG games are provably fair and are not influenced or manipulated by dk111 or any party.
6.7 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical failure, system error, or obvious pricing error that results in incorrect bet acceptance, payouts, or game outcomes, dk111 reserves the right to void affected transactions. dk111 will notify affected Members and restore Account Balances to the position prior to the erroneous transaction.
Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 Availability. dk111 may from time to time offer promotions, bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentive schemes to Members. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion's announcement.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only unless otherwise specified.
7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on dk111 contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games such as Baccarat and Roulette may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. Participation in any promotion with the intention of exploiting the bonus system — including through use of multiple accounts, coordinated activity with other players, placing hedged bets designed to exploit the promotion structure, or any other strategy dk111 determines to constitute abuse — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent Account closure.
7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used and wagering requirements not fulfilled within the promotional validity period stated in the offer terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's Account without compensation.
Responsible Gaming
8.1 Commitment. dk111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within every Member Account without requiring a support ticket or waiting period.
8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all dk111 Members:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your dk111 Account.
- Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount wagered per day, week, or month across all games.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Reality Checks: Enable timed reminders that inform you of the duration of your current gaming session.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choice (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all dk111 services. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and may not be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
8.3 Age Protection. dk111 employs robust age verification measures to prevent underage access. All Members must be 21 years of age or older. If you are aware of a minor accessing dk111, please contact support immediately.
8.4 Problem Gambling Recognition. dk111 reserves the right to impose account restrictions on any Member whose betting patterns, communication, or account activity suggest a risk of problem gambling, even without the Member's request. This may include temporary deposit limits, mandatory cooling-off periods, or account review holds.
8.5 External Support. If you or someone you know may be affected by problem gambling, we encourage you to seek support through internationally recognised problem gambling organisations. Full details are available on the dk111 Responsible Gaming page.
Prohibited Conduct
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk111 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering multiple Accounts or assisting another person to register fraudulently.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates anti-money-laundering laws.
- Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals.
- Accessing or attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation.
- Circumventing self-exclusion measures or attempting to register a new Account while an exclusion is active.
- Selling, transferring, or purchasing dk111 Accounts or Account Balances.
- Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the dk111 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, audio, video, and data — is the intellectual property of dk111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dk111 Platform for your personal gaming and entertainment purposes only. No other use is permitted without dk111's prior written consent.
10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the dk111 Platform without express written authorisation from dk111.
10.4 The dk111 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of dk111. Unauthorised use of these marks in any manner is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 Platform Availability. dk111 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
11.2 No Guarantee of Winnings. Gaming and betting on dk111 involves financial risk. dk111 makes no representation or guarantee regarding the likelihood of winning or the profitability of any betting strategy. Past game outcomes do not predict future results.
11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk111's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their dk111 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. dk111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
11.5 Third-Party Services. dk111 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of any third-party payment processor, game provider, or other service integrated into the Platform. Any claims relating to third-party services must be directed to the relevant third party.
Privacy & Data Protection
12.1 dk111's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the dk111 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to dk111's processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12.2 dk111 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Member personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
12.3 dk111 will not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third-party advertising companies or data brokers. Data sharing with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers is conducted only as required by law or as necessary to deliver contracted services.
12.4 Members have the right to request access to their personal data held by dk111, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of data in circumstances where dk111 has no legal obligation to retain it. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Amendments to These Terms
13.1 dk111 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, or business practice.
13.2 Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered Members via email to the registered address or SMS to the registered mobile number at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
13.3 Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, and formatting changes) may take effect immediately without prior notification.
13.4 The version of the Terms that applies to any given transaction or event is the version in force at the time the transaction or event occurs. Historical versions of dk111's Terms may be requested from customer support.
13.5 Your continued use of the dk111 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk111 holds its operating licence. Nothing in these Terms prejudices the statutory rights of Members under applicable consumer protection laws.
14.2 Dispute Notification. If you have a dispute with dk111, you must first contact dk111 customer support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. dk111 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
14.3 Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence dk111 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available on request from dk111 support.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
14.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and dk111 and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
